When Does Registration begin for the NAABP Winter Season?
Our winter basketball registration officially begins on August 1st. Coaches and parents may register individual players or entire teams online using a debit or credit cards or offline by U.S. Mail. Winter registration will end on November 30th or whenever the league registers 100 basketball teams - which ever comes first.

How long is the NAABP Winter Basketball Season?
The NAABP Winter Basketball season operates from December - February.

Can my child play if he/she isn't assigned to a team?
Yes! Although coaches usually bring their teams into the league the NAABP will hold a draft where unassigned players will be chosen by the coaching staff. Players must attend a skill assessment session in order to be chosen in the draft. Team size is limited to 12 players. No players or parents are allowed to attend the NAABP draft (e.g. coaches only).

I want my son/daughter to play for a specific team. How do I make that happen?
You may contact the head coach directly. Otherwise, the player must be chosen in the draft by the coaching staff

How many games will each team play?
Like the NBA/WNBA teams will be grouped in conferences. Each team will play 8 - 10 games depending on how many teams are in their specific conference. At the end of the season all teams will be ranked /seeded (based on their regular season record) for the NAABP playoffs. The NAABP playoffs utilize a single elimination format!

Does the NAABP offer basketball camps and clinics?
Yes! The NAABP Basketball Academy offers basketball clinics and personal training. Write us at customercare@naabp.com for more information.

Does the NAABP Dance Drill Team Compete in tournaments?
Yes! The NAABP Dance Drill Teams compete in AAU local, state, regional and national tournaments. Write us at teamdance@naabp.com for more information.

How can I become an NAABP coach?
To become a coach you must attend a NAABP coaches clinic. In addition, you must become members of the American Coaches Association. The is a $20 annual fee to join the ACA. Contact the league office at customercare@naabp.com for more information. Be sure to provide your name, telephone number and mailing address.

Does the NAABP Provide a Basketball Uniform?
Yes! An authentic NAABP Basketball uniform is provide to all registered players. NAABP teams can be named after any NBA or WNBA basketball team.

Can I Tryout for the NAABP Allstar Team?
Yes! Allstar basketball tryouts will be held at the end of the NAABP winter basketball season.

How many Allstar Teams will the NAABP Sponsor?
The NAABP will sponsor teams in all age groups. Teams will represent the NAABP in USSSA, AAU and/or YBOA basketball tournaments.

What is the name of the NAABP Tournament Basketball Teams?
Boys - Dream Team, Girls - Lady Dream Team
